Concept, Architectural Design and Building Permit

Design for a single family house of 4 in a plot in Gerakas, a northern suburb of Athens, as a collaborator of Dolihos Meletitiki. The small corner plot faces southeast. The ground floor houses the public areas of the house: living room, dining room, kitchen, home-office and a WC. The master bedroom along with two smaller bedrooms and bathrooms are to be found on the first floor, while a barbeque and open air dining area cover part of the second floor’s terrace.
